Kitchen Renovation with Breakfast Room, Mudroom, Laundry Room and Powder Room addition; adjacent Dining Room design refresh.

This kitchen renovation needed to stay within the original footprint of the old kitchen which was fairly small.  Extra attention was given to materials that would make the space feel “lighter”, and a new layout maximized the space.

A small area off the kitchen was redesigned into a cheerful breakfast room and coffee station, leading to a laundry room with wallpaper and painted cabinets that would make anyone want to do laundry all day!

To maximize the efficiency of the small space, a 3-season corridor connecting the garage to the main house was renovated to become a full mudroom complete with charismatic floor tile, a whimsical hand-painted lantern, custom navy lockers and beautiful window treatments to finish the look.
